Blissful Bob
This is a 5 min replica to Bert De Swaef’s talk where I share my personal view of how "Frustrated Bob" could address the frustrating shifting priorities, vague requirements, and broken communication. I call it the power of "alignment", "shared understanding" and the "bigger picture". A powerful mix of ideas that clear a path forward for the group, overcomes the need of consensus and allows of decoupled team-work even before going into the scrum machinery. These ideas might be the way to empower Bob to overcome the feelings of helplessness and isolation making what seemed out of his control, under his control.
